Processing Time:

Each item is handmade with care. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order is shipped. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Delivery Options (South Africa):

• Door-to-Door Courier (Fast & secure)

• PAXI (Collect at your nearest PEP store)

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):

• Courier: 2–4 business days

• PAXI: 7–9 business days

International Orders:

We currently do not ship internationally, but stay tuned for updates!

Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to follow your parcel’s journey.
