1. Bust Measurement
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, ensuring it stays level and straight across your back.
2. Underbust Measurement
Measure snugly around your ribcage, directly beneath your bust.
3. Waist Measurement
Find the narrowest part of your torso—between your ribs and belly button—and measure around that point.
4. Hip Measurement
Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks while standing with your feet together.
5. Upper Arm Measurement (Bicep)
Wrap the tape around the thickest part of your upper arm.
6. Inseam Length
Measure from the very top of your inner thigh down to your ankle bone.
7. Cup Width
Measure horizontally from your cleavage (near your sternum) across the nipple to where your breast ends near the armpit.
Tip: Wear a supportive bra if you have a fuller bust.
8. Cup Depth
Measure vertically from the nipple down to the base of your breast (where it meets your chest), following the natural curve.
Tip: A snug bra is helpful for more accurate results if you’re full-busted.

• Lay flat on a clean towel to air dry.
• Avoid direct sunlight or tumble drying, as this can distort the shape or fade the colors.
Storing:
• Fold neatly and store in a cool, dry place.
• Do not hang, as this may stretch the garment over time.
Extra Care Tips:
• Avoid contact with rough surfaces or sharp objects.
• If pilling occurs, gently remove with a fabric comb or clippers.
